Prenatal Visits

Prenatal visits provide the majority of education surrounding birth.
During prenatal visits, we will go over your wants and desires for your particular labor and birth. Give access to women's health providers in the area.
Offer education on techniques to ease pain such as natural pain management vs medicated pain management.
Labor and Delivery Support

Labor and delivery support can look different for every client.
This can include education around decision making. Massage, counterpressure and breathing techniques. Assistance with positional change. Creating a safe and comfortable environment. Giving your support person information and support. Explaining your options in real time.
This could also be support and education surrounding a planned cesarean
Postpartum Support

Postpartum support can offer many benefits to families. This includes education for partners on indicators of postpartum. Also, the differences between blues and depression. Assistance with breastfeeding, bottle feeding, and pumping. Answering any concerns or questions with baby. Checking in on mom physically and mentally.

Doulas4dads

Are you interested in supporting women through their pregnancy journeys?

I love to educate people on what I do and the correct way to do it.

This can include guidance surrounding certification, assistance with finding mandatory births, and shadowing.

A large goal as a birth doula is to make sure moms are supported. For that to happen, dads need to be supported and taken care of as well.

My husband Zac and I have decided to make an additional option for clients when creating their package.

We would like to offer dads the time and space with another educated father to ask questions and understand the role they will have during delivery and postpartum.

This can be a private meeting or attached to a prenatal visit. We want to give dads the space to feel comfortable and confident in their new role.

Private Chilbirth Education Class

This is an in home class exploring the ins and outs of pregnancy, labor, birth, and your postpartum journey!

It is best suited for people who do not wish to have labor support but would like education surrounding their journey.

Infertility Education

Going threw my own struggles opened my eyes to the lack of information surrounding infertility treatments in are area. These education classes are to help you jump start your fertility journey or guide you the whole way through.

I provide this because every birthing family deserves a positive experience surrounding their birth. No matter what that looks like for them. I am here to help you decide on what your options are and how to create the birth you want to the best of your abilities. I huge aspect is knowing the risks associated with delivery and being prepared and educated on those risks as well.
